BOOK A SESSION
Beginning counselling
Counselling usually begins with a brief conversation.
Ray prefers to arrange appointments personally. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, briefly discuss what you are looking for and consider whether his approach may be right for you.
You do not need to have everything clearly understood or know exactly what you want to say before making contact.
How appointments are arranged
You can contact Ray by email or complete the form below.
Ray will respond personally and can arrange either a brief initial phone conversation or a first counselling appointment, depending on what feels most appropriate.
Once an appointment has been agreed upon, Ray will send the relevant confirmation, forms and appointment information through his secure practice system.
Ongoing appointments can usually be arranged directly with Ray during a session or by email.
